We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Ac Kings HVAC as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule and make the appointment time available to another customer.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $75 cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service fee or a trip charge, depending on the appointment type, technician dispatch status, travel time, and service circumstances.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to find another available appointment time based on technician availability and scheduling needs.
